My Favorite (Easy) Ways to Amp Up Bathtime!
A bath seems like a great idea, but when it comes down to it, how do you make it more special than just sitting in a tub of hot water? (Which I admit, is almost enough for me!)
Bath time can be an opportunity to let go of stress, sore muscles, troubles & worries, and even a time to meditate and gain new insights into your goals. Here I share 5 of my favorite ways to make the most out of your bath.
I have been making baths a priority once a month (& once a week when I can!) for awhile now. It gives me that chance to experience myself outside the everyday realm, and I get to experiment with different ways of amplifying the enjoyment & relaxation level of each one.
My top 5 favorite ways to elevate my bath experience are: 1) bath salts 2) candles 3)flowers 4) neck pillow 5) bath caddy. Each of these are guaranteed to turn ordinary into lusciously extraordinary, leaving you refreshed, relaxed and ready for the world (or for bed) when you emerge.
Salts have been used for millennia in beauty treatments & relaxation rituals. Heart & Arrow bath salts combine the unique properties of Epsom salt, Dendritic Salt, Mineral Sea Salt & Himalayan Pink Salt. An aromatherapy experience is created in each jar through essential oils and/or phthalate-free fragrance oils. A sprinkle of representative botanicals, like flower petals & Lavender buds, are mixed in for maximum exposure to the healing beauty of nature.
