When was the last time you showed yourself a little love?


We aren’t talking about splurging on that handbag or treating yourself to a once-in-a-blue-moon donut (although these things are great too!)

Instead, we’re asking you when you last sat down with yourself, dug deep and really listened to what your mind and body has to tell you. 

You spend so much time rushing from one thing to the next and giving attention to your friends, co-workers and family when they need a listening ear, but what about yourself?

You deserve to make yourself a priority, too! And, in fact, by giving yourself the time, space and love you deserve, you set yourself up to cultivate deeper connections with people- because you’ll know exactly what you want and know your worth.

Move your body


Hear us out for a second.


You may automatically think we’re referring to a sweaty workout sesh here, and while exercise is certainly excellent for a healthy mind and body, we want you to try something a little gentler.


Yoga is a form of moving meditation that focuses on deep breathing while scanning the body and releasing tense muscles through a variety of flows and poses. 


It’s an excellent meditation alternative for a “monkey mind” and if done on a regular basis we promise you will feel so much better.
