How many times have you told yourself you’ll make time for a massage, a facial, a visit to the spa? And how many times has it actually happened?
Sometimes, the “good life” can seem so out of reach. Not enough money, not enough time to spend on yourself & actually feeling good- physically, mentally & emotionally.
But the truth is, self-care doesn’t have to come from a spa, a salon or a therapist (although all three are absolutely amazing & budgeting them into your schedule at least quarterly will do you a world of good!).
